Coffee community guidelines

These terms outline the deal between you and Coffee Spot. By posting reviews, following baristas, or saving your favorite spots, you agree to follow these simple rules.

Using the platform

Only share honest, first-hand experiences at coffee shops—no copy/paste marketing.
Respect other community members. Personal attacks or discriminatory language can result in removal.
Don’t impersonate other users or claim a shop you do not manage.
If you run a shop, clearly label promotional content and follow all local marketing laws.

Content ownership

You keep the rights to the photos, comments, and ratings you share. By publishing them on Coffee Spot, you give us permission to display that content within the app, highlight it in marketing materials, or feature it on social channels with attribution.

Account expectations

Protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, update your password and reach out to support immediately. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these terms, publish fraudulent reviews, or undermine trust in the ratings ecosystem.

Liability & contact

Coffee Spot is provided "as is." We aim for 24/7 uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Business listings and crowdsourced data may include inaccuracies; always verify key details like opening hours or accessibility before traveling.
